“Instead of waiting for a miracle drug, you can help yourself by changing your lifestyle. Exercise produces more irisin, which has many beneficial effects including fat reduction, stronger bones, and better cardiovascular health.”

A new study from a Florida university has discovered even more benefits to regular exercise!
Many of us hit the gym or lace up and go for a run to burn fat, but the study found that the exercise-triggered hormone irisin can actually stop fat cells from forming in the first place.
The hormone also has a major impact on heart health—both raising necessary calcium levels and lowering arterial plaque buildup.
