HONEY & VINEGAR BALANCING MASK

Honey is a great antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, but its skin-boosting benefits don’t stop there: it’s an antioxidant, helps with aging, soothes sensitive skin, treats acne, and moisturizes. Apple cider vinegar moisturizers, reduces age spots, and smooths fine lines.   Combined, they can balance out the skin’s pH after months of dry heat indoors and blustery winds outdoors. Combine two parts honey with one part apple cider vinegar and cover face and neck using a cotton ball. Leave on for 20 minutes and rinse off with cool water. For best results, use a raw, wild honey and an organic apple cider vinegar that still contains “the mother”.

A relaxing facial steams is great for improving your skin and your mood. The aromatherapeutic benefits clear your mind while the herbs get to work on tightening your pores and soothing your skin. Drape a towel over your head and let the steam do the work for 10-15 minutes.
